Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Front Squat – 5-5-5 (Add 5lbs from last time.  Keep weight the same across sets.)
  • WOD – 7 Rounds For Time
    • 5 Squat Snatch (If your overhead squat form is not good revert to power snatch)
    • 10 Burpees
    • 15 Abmat Sit Ups
  • Work On Double Unders
  • Stretch
