12/17/10 – Tabata Your Face…not really

In addition to today’s workout being Tabata there is a Tabata Cosmo night happening tonight at the gym.  It’s informal and anyone that wants to come can.  I’m guessing we’ll start around 8 or so.

Schedule –

  • New Mobility Warm Up
  • WOD – Tabata – Complete 40 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest rotating through the list of exercises below.
    • Ring Dips
    • Double Unders
    • V-Ups
    • Ring Rows
    • Knees To Elbows
