  • New Mobility Warm Up
  • WOD Specific Prep – 20 GHD Hip Extensions + Warm Up the back with some hip bridges and rotations
  • “The Grinch” – Complete the following for time
    • 12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of each
      • Deadlift (225/135) – DO NOT USE MORE THAN 50% OF YOUR 1 REP MAX
      • Ring Dips
      • Wall Balls (20/14)
  • Stretch / Talk / Relax
