Schedule – (Last completed on 04/08/10)

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Back Squat – 3-3-3-3-3 – Increase weight each set, not performing more than 2 total sets above 90% of your previous 1RM
  • WOD – 100 Burpees For Time
  • Planks – 2 minutes on forearms + 1 minute on each side (total 4 minutes)
  • Stretch – Tight IT Band and Hip Flexor Fix – Mobility WOD
