  • WOD – Complete For Time (Last completed on these dates 11/24/09 – 02/16/10 – 06/02/10 – 10/19/10)
    • 50 Box Jumps – 24″
    • 50 Jumping Pull Ups (Bar should be no lower than 1″ below your wrist)
    • 50 Kettlebell Swings (35#)
    • 50 Steps Walking Lunge
    • 50 Knees To Elbows
    • 50 Push Press (45#)
    • 50 Back Extensions
    • 50 Wall Balls (20# to 10ft target)
    • 50 Burpees
    • 50 Double Unders
  • Stretch and Chat it up

  3. I conveniently always seem to have plans on the days we do the Filthy 50…I think the CF Gods are telling me something…

    Great job to everyone that makes it too/through the workout today! This workout still sticks out as being one of the hardest for me
