Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • WOD – “EC”
    • 5 Rounds For Time
      • 2 Rope Climbs – 15′ – (Can sub with rope pulls from ground)
      • Run 300m (It will probably be too icy so we’ll come up with an appropriate substitute)
      • 20 V-Ups
  • Fun Finisher – Attempt a high box jump.  Guys – 40″+ / Girls – 30″+ – Aim for 6-12″ higher than you do during the workouts.
