  1. I made the double pork chicken breast…it was great but next time I have to use thicker bacon, I made the feta meatballs but used Gorgonzola they were great but a bit too salty for the women in the house.

  2. Wow–I so wish I could join u guys for this workout today!!! Looks awesome! I love me some KB swings :). Too bad I have to sleep all day 🙁 Darn nite shift!! Have fun/good luck to everyone who does the “Wittman” today–what a story…

  3. Overall my grain free February is going well. Since I am not trying to lose weight I have been tracking my food/macronutrient intake to make sure I am eating ‘enough’. If nothing else this has taught me a lot about why I have gained or lost weight in the past. Over the past two weeks I have not come close to the 3000+ daily calories that I would need to gain weight and in fact i am probably a bit below my maintenance level.
I find it hard to replace ‘dirty’ calories with ‘clean’ calories. There are only so many nuts I can eat. Dairy has been a life saver, as I add it to almost every meal. Without dairy i would probably be -5 lbs by now.
My plan for the rest of the month is to add enough to my daily (grain free) food intake to bring me well beyond the maintenance level and as close to 3000 calories as possible. I figure one more serving each of meat, milk, fruit, and nuts (ugh!) should get me there.
    Thanks for asking.
