- Back Squat – 5×5 @ 80% of !RM (Keep weight the same across sets. Make sure you are warmed up!)
- WOD – Run 5 x 300m with 2 minutes rest in between. Record fastest and slowest times. Complete 5 knees to elbows for every second difference.

Tim, with those cottage cheese pancakes, do you think you can opt out of the soy flour…and add in coconut flower?

I would say you can definitely use coconut flour or almond flour instead of the soy flour.
