Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Back Squat – 5×5 @ 80% of !RM (Keep weight the same across sets.  Make sure you are warmed up!)
  • WOD – Run 5 x 300m with 2 minutes rest in between.  Record fastest and slowest times.  Complete 5 knees to elbows for every second difference.
  • Stretch
