  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Additional “Low Back” Prep – 2 rounds – 10 Light KB Swings / 10 Super mans / 10 Lunge With Rotation
  • WOD – “Diane” 21-15-9 reps for time of
    • Deadlift (225/155)
    • Hand Stand Push Up
  • Accessory – Collect a total of 90 seconds in an L-Hold in as few sets as possible.  Record your total time it took you.
