Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Back Squat – 3-3-3 @ 80%/85%/90% of your !RM
  • WOD l- 12 min AMRAP
    • 7 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95/65)
    • 7 Box Jumps (24/20)
    • 7 Push Ups
  • Collect 90 seconds in an L-Hold in as few sets as possible
  • Stretch

  1. read, and watched, the vegan haterade link. when i was done i clicked the link at the bottom to the guy that was talking in the youtube video and couldnt believe that skeletor had the nerve to bust on my all bacon all the time diet.

Sectionals start in 2 weeks cf908’ers! it is only $10 dollars to give it your all for six weeks. for this price it is well worth the challange for all of you to get a taste of the sport side of crossfit. There will be more information next tues march 7th on the crossfit games website. Hope to see you guys and galls competing!
