Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Goal Work – 15 MInutes – Work on your 4/30 goal or anything you want to improve!
  • WOdD- 5 Rounds For time (CF Sectionals Competitors – Wear a 20lb vest)
    • 50 Double Unders
    • 25 Wall Balls
    • 15 Ring Rows
  • Plank – Collect a total of 3 minutes on the forearms and 1 minute on each side
  • Stretch
