Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Back Squat – 5 reps @ 80% – 3 reps @ 85% – 1+ reps @ 90% (Go for more than 1)
  • WOD  – 12 Minute AMRAP –
    • 30 Double Unders
    • 7 Overhead Squats
  • Collect a total of 4 minutes in a two armed plank
  • Stretch
