Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Split Jerk – Heavy Singles (Go for at least 3)
  • WOD – 5 Rounds – 2 minute rest
    • Sprint 30 seconds on the rower and immediately Run 300m
  • Stretch – Focus on Hamstrings and Hips
