Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • 20 Rep Back Squat – The weight you will want to use is a weight that you think can do 10 reps with.  This set will take 2-3 minutes.  You must breathe between each rep.  It should not be a weight that you can perform 20 squats in a row quickly.
  • WOD – 10 min AMRAP –
    • 1 Rope Climb (15ft)
    • 5 Heavy Kettlebell Swings
    • 10 V-Ups
  • 3 x 25 GHD Sit Ups
  • Stretch
