- Mobility Warm Up
- 20 Rep Back Squat – The weight you will want to use is a weight that you think can do 10 reps with. This set will take 2-3 minutes. You must breathe between each rep. It should not be a weight that you can perform 20 squats in a row quickly.
- WOD – 10 min AMRAP –
- 1 Rope Climb (15ft)
- 5 Heavy Kettlebell Swings
- 10 V-Ups
- 3 x 25 GHD Sit Ups
- Stretch
