  • Mobility Warm Up
  • WOD – For Time (We’re running outside.  It may be cold, but I think the rain will hold off)
    • Run 900m (3 laps)
    • 60 Box Jumps
    • 60 Walking Lunges (Hands clasped behind head.  1-for-1)
    • Run 600m (2 laps)
    • 40 Box Jumps
    • 40 Walking Lunges
    • Run 300m (1 lap)
    • 20 Box Jumps
    • 20 Walking Lunges
