The REAL Nutrition Challenge will be to maintain it during the “lazy, fun, BBQs, beers on the beach and summer drinks, away on vacation” time!
Melissa is wondering if that “chin over the bar” comment was directed at her. I try! I try! My little arms just give out.
Feel better naked!
I like the sounds of this nutrition challenge! I’m in!
Why does this workout have so many numbers in it?
We like to break a mental sweat.
I’m w/Lybeck–this nutrition challenge sounds good!! But does it include hazelnut coffeemate creamer?? Heehee :).
Does % weight change include weight gain??? I gained two pounds when I tried paleo for 3 weeks… and I’ve talked to 2 other ladies at the gym who said the same thing. Seriously, what’s up with that?!
I think measurements may be a more reliable way to track changes in body composition…but it really depends on the goals of the individual. For example, someone looking to put on mass may still do the paleo diet, but will not want to track weight loss…
I like Tiffany’s idea. Could you do a body fat composition measurement, or is that getting too technical?
I’ve got a digital caliper if we need it.
I am in…..We start on the 6/20/ ? I am new to all of this…I guess we will get measured that day? im not sure how this is going to work?
