      • 300m Partner Carry (You can alternate or one person can carry the whole time.  If no partner or unable to carry, complete a 300m farmers walk with at least half of your partners bodyweight)

      • 150m Weighted Walking Lunge (30# for men / 20# for women) – Use kettlebells / dumbells / med balls / anything
