Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • WOD – Teams of 3 For Time – Complete the following in any order.  Only 1 person per exercise at a time.  Use strategy so you don’t end up at one exercise with three people where only one person can work.
    • Row 3000m
    • Run 10 laps (3000m)
    • 200 Double Unders (600 single unders)
    • 150 Wall Balls
    • 100 Burpees
  • Stretch
