  1. WOD is for time AND AMRAP? I know I’m easily confused but now I’m really confused.

  2. Hey all,
I wanted to let everyone know that I have created an excel spreadsheet that everyone can use to input their daily points. It is pretty organized, color coded by date and category for scoring. I have already started to fill in my points for today as a sample. The file will calculate all daily weekly and grand total of points. I am going to use this to make it easy on myself to keep track and wanted to offer it to everyone else… if you’re not feeling as geeked out as I am you can also just print it and use it as a way to just pencil in your scores… If you want I can also print copies here at work for anyone who would like one just let me know. I will email the excel 2010 file to Tim and maybe he can send it to everyone on the mailing list… ENJOY!

    1. That’s a great idea! Thanks jason! Can i get a copy…. How’s everyone doing with breakfast??

    2. Jason, I built a spreadsheet too. It’s good to know that i’m not the only geeked out member.

  3. day zero update: My wife came back from the supermarket with Nestle Drumstick Ice Cream and I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray. This is going to be harder than I thought…

  4. Breakfast went pretty good… 4 eggs over easy and bacon (found uncurred pepper bacon at wegmans) it was delicious! stocked up at the food store last night, got lots of veggies although they are the steam in the microwave frozen kind, hope thats ok… and lots of meats, yes meats plural…. organic chicken, organic pork chops and organic grass fed tenderloin steak!! you heard correct… I think I am going to eat some steak! also some fruits and berries, raw nuts and coconut water.
I noticed this 1-2 cups coffee thing… is decaf ok for more then 2 cups?

    1. Steak!! I’m so excited for you… I had GF Delmonico steak last night- one of my favorite cuts

My breakfast was a pair of soft boiled eggs- I prefer poached eggs, but soft boiled is easier with no real cleanup- win!

Had a stressful weekend- not sure I’ll be in today for the benchmark work out… can it be done later in the week?

  5. i was at the meeting however i misplaced a copy of the notes regarding points and other details explained… w0uld anyone be able to send me a copy either by email or text (908)463-2751.. I bought a paleo cook book and went nuts at trader joes…anyway if anyone would be as so kind to fwd me the points and any other details also jason i would like a copy as well. thanks guys.

  6. Any chance we could do a 1:30 class on Friday? Just checking if you have enough interest since it’s a half day for some people 🙂

    1. Correction…I am +3 for the day. I had down that a primal meal was +1 and it is actually +3.

  7. Jason, I’m in for that spreadsheet, too 🙂 Just to make things easier 🙂 I’ll ask my brother for a copy tomorrow at the gym. Thanks!!
