Nutrition Challenge Scoring – Today, in the comments section you must post your food, drinks, sleeping, and supplementation points to the comments section.  Pat and I will be posting our points at the top of each post.  I know my points for tomorrow already, since it is 10pm, and I have to wake up @ 4am, I clearly am getting a -5 in the sleeping category.

Tim’s Points – (You can add CF Workout points on Sat/Sun point totals)

  1. Food – 2 Primal Meals = +2
  2. Supplementation – 2.5 Grams EPA = +1
  3. Drinks – 2 cups Coffee = 0
  4. Sleep – <6hrs = -5
  5. Total = -2 (Not A Good Start)

  • Push Press – 5×3 @ same weight.  Go heavy!
  • WOD – 5 Rds for total reps
    • 40 sec – Toes To Bar
    • 20 sec – Rest
    • 40 sec – HSPU
    • 20 sec – Rest
    • 40 sec – Kettlebell Swing
    • 20 sec – Rest
  • Stretch
