Supplementation / Wild Source of Food – It is an either/or situation.  You either get +1 from Fish Oil or from grass-fed beef/pastured chicken/wild fish.  I hope this clears up any discrepancies.  I apologize for any mistakes up until this point.  I’m a bit new at the point system myself!  Great job to everyone for posting so far.  Let’s see if we can keep this going each day!

    question: is cocunut water ok? I dont think it counts as ‘juice’ I use it in protein shakes sometimes and also sometimes mix it with water with dinner like 2/3 water 1/3 coconut water…

    1. Jason, 8 oz of coconut water has about 11g sugar, vs. 8oz of OJ, which has 22g sugar. Let’s say 1 per day is okay.

    1. I may have messed up the points for my drinks from yesterday; I don’t remember the number of 8oz servings in each bottle of iced tea I had.
