  • WOD – 3RFT (Rounds For Time)
    • 800m Run (2nd stop sign)
    • 30 V-Ups
    • 50 Jumping Lunges
    • 30 Push Ups
  • Finisher – In teams of two, move 5 full pieces of sheet rock. Then, pat yourself on the back for helping build the new gym!

  18. So, the week started out good, then I went to work…lol!! Working 3 nights in a row really stunk and I have to admit, I ate some carbs…almost every night 🙁 I’ve always known that when I’m home, I eat much better (and probably less) than when I am at work. At work, I tend to graze…a small meal/snack every 2-3 hours…sometimes I’m eating at 5am just to keep myself awake! haha!! Although I didn’t post my daily info on the website, I am keeping a nice little journal for myself 😉 When I have stretches of time off, it will be easier for me to post my info…for now I am just really, really happy to not have to work tonight 🙂 I’m thinking there’s wine in my future tonight! Great job everyone on your daily journals and staying strong for this nutrition challenge!! Happy 4th of July Crossfit family 🙂 XOXO
