  5. Hard to eat a primal breakfast on Sunday morning! I am so used to making homemade pancakes. 🙁 But in the spirit of the Nutrition Challenge, I bit the bullet and made my own version of primal pancakes (an adaptation of a few recipes posted on Mark’s Daily Apple). Delicious!!! and my first primal meal of the day!! The Nutrition Challenge is truly helping me to be stricter in maintaining healthy eating habits. Thanks, Tim, for giving us the challenge!
