07/10/11 – Nutrition Challenge Day #14 – Sunday Update

This week at the 908 we are going to repeat some workouts that we completed in early May.  A little progress check.  We don’t usually put up the workouts on Sunday, but I wanted everyone who already completed these workouts to give them another shot.  The dates of when we completed the workouts are in parenthesis.

Schedule –

  • Monday – 07/11/11 – Back Squat 5×3 @ 80-90% of 1RM (5/2) – 12 min AMRAP – 9 KB Swings / 12 Hand release push ups / 15 Box Jumps (5/9)
  • Tuesday – 07/12/11 – 5 Rounds For Time – 50 Double Unders / 5 Muscle Ups (Sub 15 pull ups / 15 ring dips) (5/3)
  • Wednesday – 07/13/11 – “DT” – 5 Rounds For time – 12 Deadlifts / 9 Hang Power Clean / 6 Push Jerk (5/4)
  • Thursday – Yoursday
  • Friday – 5 x 3 Press – 3 Rounds For Time – 300m Farmers Carry / 40 Box Jumps (5/6)
