This week at the 908 we are going to repeat some workouts that we completed in early May.  A little progress check.  We don’t usually put up the workouts on Sunday, but I wanted everyone who already completed these workouts to give them another shot.  The dates of when we completed the workouts are in parenthesis.

  • Friday – 5 x 3 Press – 3 Rounds For Time – 300m Farmers Carry / 40 Box Jumps (5/6)
