** it’s amazing how much a bad weekend can sabotage your good week. In week one I was strict all weel, had +5 everyday but then let myself go on the weekend and ended up with an embarassing 7 total points for week 1. YOU CAN GET 7 POINTS IN 1 DAY! This week I was good everyday except for a single sunday night treat and ended with 22 points! much better.
I am really excited about this week going back and killing some workouts from 2 months ago!

It didn’t work. Eating carbs does dot make your life more bearable. The day still sucked and all I had to show for it was a carb-over in the morning. Eating clean is great!
