BBQ – So, for anyone that is coming down for the warrior challenge we are having a BBQ at our beach house after.  I am not sure what everyone’s plans are, but we were thinking that maybe we would go to the beach in Manasquan after the challenge for a few hours.  It is supposed to be a nice day.  If that works for everyone, we’ll plan on barbecuing afterwards.  if not, we’ll barbeque right after the challenge so the 908ers can eat.  Here is our address: 535 Borrie Ave in Brielle, NJ 08730. Post to the comments your desire to hang out for the day and get some beach time versus having to leave right away.  All 908ers are welcome at our house and the barbeque.

    3 primal = +3
    sleep = +1
    supplement = +1

    Total = +5

    Nicole and I plan on coming by to hang later at night if thats cool, probably around 8ish if you guys arent all passed out by then.

    Drinks – 2 Sangria + 1 White Wine = -1
    Sleep – 9 hours = +3
    Supp – 2.5 Grams EPA = +1

  8. I haven’t been posting, but have been pretty much doing the challenge since I got back from my trip–question though….
    I really, really do not like seafood and when I went to go buy the fish oil supplements, I was reading the back and there was some blurb: “redesigned to prevent ‘fish burps'” Is this really a possibility?? If so, I am too grossed out to take them! Does this happen to you guys???

    1. I personally have never had a problem with it. I wouldn’t worry too much about it though. Start with a smaller dose-don’t go for the full 2+grams/day right away.

  9. Beach probably stay in Avon for a few hours than Spirit 76 for some Vodka and Tequila than BBQ. Last year after the event the Helo landed and people could check it out and take pictures with the Troops and all as well.
