- Mobility Warm Up
- Teams of 3 – Complete the following for time
- Run 600m…Then
- 300 DU’s
- 150 Toes To Bar
- 300 Jumping Lunges (1-for-1)
- 150 Burpees
- Run 600m (together)
- RULES – Only one teammate per exercise at a time, so plan accordingly! All runs must be completed as a team. You can partition the exercises in any way that you want. You can start on any of the four, you just have to run in the beginning and end. You are going to have to keep track, so share a book and write down your progression. Don’t leave one exercise to the end, because you’ll only be able to have one person working at a time.
