This is the last week of the nutrition challenge.  You will be allowed to weigh in from Wed-Fri.  You can complete the benchmark workout on Thursday or Friday.  You will need a judge.  We will announce the winners of the challenge next week.

Modified Schedule – Aug 8 – Aug 12.  I will be away on vacation and Pat will be working construction as well as training at the gym.  Right now it looks like we may move the 6am to 5:30am for the week.  The night classes will be 5pm/6pm/7pm.  The 12pm M-Th and 9:30am on Fri are not decided yet.  Just figured everyone would want a heads up.
