  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Clean – 3-3-3-3-3 – Work up to a weight that is challenging and complete 5 sets @ that weight.
  • WOD – 7 Rounds For Time
    • 5 Hang Power Cleans
    • 15 Hand Release Push Ups
  • 3 x 20 GHD Sit Ups
  • Stretch
