07/26/11 – Nutrition Challenge Day #30 – Clean Up Your Form

Today we will be starting with cleans and completing a conditioning workout with hang power cleans.  Stay light and work on your form.  Once you are moving well, we can add weight.

Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Clean – 3-3-3-3-3 – Work up to a weight that is challenging and complete 5 sets @ that weight.
  • WOD – 7 Rounds For Time
    • 5 Hang Power Cleans
    • 15 Hand Release Push Ups
  • 3 x 20 GHD Sit Ups
  • Stretch

  2. yesterday: mcdonalds for a snack, pizza for dinner, pie for dessert, 4 cups of coffee, and four hours of sleep. I haven’t been to crossfit in 7 days and right now i am stuffing my face with donuts. it is time to regroup.
