New Fundamentals Starts Tuesday, August 2nd @ 6:45pm!  The program will run for 4 weeks and meet Tuesday/Thursday nights from 6:45pm-7:30pm.  Class size is limited to 10 people.  Please contact if you are interested.

I just wanted to say an early congratulations to everyone who is completing the Nutrition Challenge on Friday.  A month flew by, and I’m hoping to see some great improvements in all of the challengers.  Thank you all for being so dedicated and consistently posting your scores each day.  Accountability is a huge part of why we do what we do is so successful.  Hold yourself to high standards and the benefits will come.

Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Benchmark WOD – 10 min AMRAP (You need a judge)
    • 5 Burpees to 45# Weight
    • 10 Box Jumps (24″/20″ with pause and control at top)
    • 15 Wall Balls (20#/14# to 10ft target)
  • Note: You will be using the same height box and same size wall ball as you used the first time you completed the workout.
  • If you are not completing the benchmark workout you can work on a goal or make up a workout.
