Crossfit 908 Night Out on Thursday, Aug 4 at The Crossroads in Garwood @ 8:30pm. One of our members, Jake, will be playing in his band that night. We should go support him and celebrate the end of a very successful Nutrition challenge and all of the awesome new people at CrossFit 908.
Nutrition Challenge – The winners will be announced next week. Congratulation to everyone who participated. I think we are going to see some great performance improvements!

- Benchmark WOD – 10 min AMRAP (You need a judge)
- 5 Burpees to 45# Weight
- 10 Box Jumps (24″/20″ with pause and control at top)
- 15 Wall Balls (20#/14# to 10ft target)
- Note: You will be using the same height box and same size wall ball as you used the first time you completed the workout.
