08/02/11 – Tuesday Squats

Crossfit 908 Night Out on Thursday, Aug 4 at The Crossroads in Garwood @ 8:30pm.  One of our members, Jake, will be playing in his band that night.  We should go support him and celebrate the end of a very successful Nutrition challenge and all of the awesome new people at CrossFit 908.

Nutrition Challenge – The winners will be announced this week.  Congratulation to everyone who participated. I think we are going to see some great performance improvements!  I am still collecting everyone’s data so please give me a few days.  Thanks!

New Fundamentals Starts Tuesday, August 2nd @ 6:45pm!  The program will run for 4 weeks and meet Tuesday/Thursday nights from 6:45pm-7:30pm.  Class size is limited to 10 people.  Please contact [email protected] if you are interested.
