Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • WOD – Partner “Cindy” – 20 min AMRAP
    • Partner 1
      • 5 Pull Ups
      • 10 Push Ups
      • 15 Air Squats
    • Partner 2 –
      • Run 300m (The runner is the pace setter.  When the runner gets back, the partners switch.  The runner will pick up right where Partner 1 leaves off.  You are going for as many rounds of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats in 20 minutes.
  • Finisher – 2 minute handstand hold
  • Stretch
