Saturday, October 15 @ 8pm – CrossFit 908′s 2nd Birthday Party! – If you are planning on attending, and would like to bring something, we suggest a food item or booze. We can make a list on the whiteboard.

GOALS! – It is time to renew your goals. Think about one thing you would like to complete by the end of 2011. The whiteboard will be ready for everyone’s goals!

Working to pick up the heaviest thing you have ever lifted in your life is quite the challenge, but the reward is outstanding. Every day I leave CrossFit 908 I feel the reward of hard work. Thank you to members, new and old, for all of your support.

A special thank you to my wife, Erin, for coming on this journey with me. You are the reason why the business runs as smoothly as it does. You are so important to CF 908, and even more important to me. I hope you know that! I love you!

Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Front Squat – 2-2-2-2-2 (Go Heavy)
  • WOD – At the top of every minute for 10 minutes complete the followings
    • 3 Snatch (Squat if you can – 135/95)
    • 5 Burpees (Games Competitors scale up to 7 burpees)
  • 3 x 20 Revers Hypers
  • Stretch
