  1. I am participating in the nutrition challenge! I weighed in tonight–the results are on your spreadsheet. Keep under lock and key!

  2. Brian you are a PR machine. The $10 spectator fee goes to the wounded warrior project fyi so it’s a good cause. I’m making sausage and peppers is that paleo?

  3. Well there goes that idea, I guess individual 1.5 pound grass fed rib eyes are the best alternative 😉

  4. Ooh, YUM! There ya go, Jim! 😛
I’ll def bring something, too…just haven’t decided what yet. Perhaps something from Caveman’s Pumpkin Recipes or from Paleo Comfort Foods…
    🙂

  5. I know it’s not Paleo friendly, but can I bring beer? I just can’t drink straight liquor all night, someone will find me passed out in the bucket of PVC poles.

  6. I just switched from Vomit Dip to wine. You know, we’re going to need some carbs to soak up all that alcohol.
