CrossFit 908 Nutrition Challenge Starts Today! – Make sure you have weighed in by the end of today. Also, beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, you will be posting your previous days points.  All of the details of the challenge can be found in our Nutrition Newsletter.  Remember, we are cutting our grains and legumes this week.  You cannot go more than 3-days without posting your previous days’ scores.  You only have 12 total cheat meals during the challenge!  Get off to a good start!
