CF 908 Birthday Party – Saturday, 10/15 @ 8pm.  All are welcome (sans kids). Hey everyone! We need some folding tables for Saturday.  If anyone has one please post to the comments section. Also, if you plan on drinking and do not have a SOBER ride home, please bring your air mattress.  A bunch of us are already planning on sleeping there and then heading up Sunday to see CF 908 Team Jim compete at the Nasty Northeast.  If you are planning on attending and bringing something, please post to the comments section.  Food is probably the thing we need most.  Booze is also encouraged if food is too much of a hassle.  I will be ordering a keg, purchasing white and red wine, we have some hard alcohol, and John Johnson will be making his famous Cosmos.  Limit two per customer.

Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Deadlift – 5-10-15 – The way this works is you warm up and get to a heavy set of 5.  Then, drop about 10% off the bar and go for ten.  Drop another 10% and go for 15.  Sets should be touch and go, no releasing of the hands.
  • WOD – For Time – 10-20-30 Reps of
    • Goblet Reverse Lunge (2-for-1)
    • Pull Ups (Games Competitors must do Chest to Bar)
  • Finisher – 2 minute Hollow Hold
