Really wanting chocolate. Any suggestions??
100% cacao… DON’T EAT IT PLAIN!
Cook up a banana or sweet plantain in coconut oil, toss it in a bowl with a couple small pieces of 100% chocolate (+/- some cinnamon, +/- some nuts). Stir and enjoy (hopefully)!

not only did I turn down having brownies with the kids…I DISHED THEM UP! An uncontrollable primal urge made me want to tear into the pan like a rabid raccoon and shock the entire family with a brownie feeding frenzy.
