Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • 12 Rounds For Time -Teams of 2
    • Partner 1 – Run 300m with sandbag
    • Partner 2 – Completes the following triplet
      • 20 burpees
      • 15 Double Unders
      • 10 Toes To Bar
    • Scoring – The runner is the pace setter.  You will pick up where your partner left off and continue until you complete 12 rounds.  Your time stops when you complete the 12th round even if your partner is still running.
