Tonight, from 6-8PM, Paul Potorti from CrossFit Durham is putting on a free POSE running clinic.  There will be a workout at the end of the clinic.  Fight Gone Bad will be held at today’s 6am/12pm/4:30pm/5:15pm.

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • WOD – 3 Rounds For Total Reps / Cals
    • 1 min – Wall Ball – (20/14 to 10ft target)
    • 1 min – Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/55)
    • 1 min – Box Jumps (20″)
    • 1 min – Push Press (75/55)
    • 1 min – Row (Calories)
    • 1 min – Rest
  • 50 Toes To Bar
  • Stretch

  2. I need a little clarification for tonights clinic. Is it still ok to show up at 6:45 or does it run the entire 2 hours?

    A heartfelt thanks to Tim & Erin for allowing me to lead the running clinic. Great job to all who attended! Remember: posture, lean, and lift (lift, lift, lift). The best way to learn proper running form is by completing drills at least 3 times a week. Focus on form, then consistency, and then intensity.
