I would just like to thank Paul again for the great running clinic on Wednesday night. Paul, if you are reading this, there is demand for more!
Pose running drills. The goal of this drill is to have the runner lean into the holder and try to run as fast as possible. At some point the holder will quickly move out of the way and the runner will continue to lean forward into a sprint. Posture, Lean, LIFT!

Schedule

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Teams of 3 – Complete for Time
    • Sandbag Run -There must be one person running at all times.
    • Chipper – You can partition however you like.  Only one person per exercise at a time.
      • 24 Rope Climbs (3 for 1 sub from ground or 5 pull ups / 5 ring rows for 1)
      • 100 High Box Jumps (30/34)
      • 100 Burpees (Games Standard)
  • Stretch
