- Sandbag Run -There must be one person running at all times.
- Chipper – You can partition however you like. Only one person per exercise at a time.
- 24 Rope Climbs (3 for 1 sub from ground or 5 pull ups / 5 ring rows for 1)

Tim, thank you for inviting me. (If truth be told, I invited myself…) I usually visit NJ 4 or more times a year, so I’ll be sure to let you know ahead of time. I’d very much enjoy coaching another running clinic, preferably when we can run outside so I can observe form. I’ll say it again — posture, lean, and lift!
