I want to congratulate everyone who completed the nutrition challenge.  It took a lot to be disciplined and avoid all of those tempting cheats!  It seemed like a long time, but that was only 6.5 weeks!  You must WEIGH IN between today and Monday night.  I am assuming most people would want to weigh in sooner because they are going wild tonight!  Even if you can’t workout today, just stop by the gym and weigh in.  Make sure I have your weight recorded.  Remember, in order to be eligible to win the challenge you cannot have missed more than three days in a row posting your score to the website.  We are using the honor system.  If you cheat, you will be banished from CrossFit 908 (not joking).  I am looking forward to some amazing results.  Congratulations again!

    • Deadlift – (225/155)
    • Hand Stand Push Up
  • Accumulate a total of 2 minutes in a hollow hold
