Today’s format is pretty simple. The gym doors open at 11am and close at 1pm. You are free to do whatever workout you would like in that time frame. The trainers will all be working out as well. We figured that even though the trainers should not have to work the day after Christmas, if we were going to workout, the members should have a chance to burn off some of the quality food eaten recently.
