  • Back Squat – 10-8-6-4-2 – Starting @ 75% of 1RM and finishing @ 90%+
  • WOD – 10-20-30
    • Goblet Reverse Lunge (2 fo’ 1)
    • Kettlebell Swing
    • Hand Release Burpees
  • Accessory – Hollow Hold – 90 seconds total
