If you think about the name of today’s workout, “Diane,” it’s like a combination of the two people’s birthdays it was meant for, Dani and Brian.  Pretty friggin cool, right?

EGO VS. INTEGRITY I think I could post something about this subject everyday and some people still would not get it.  Oh well, I’ll just keep reminding them.

Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Additional Prep – 3 Rounds (Not Timed)
    • 10 Lunges
    • 10 Supermans
    • 20 Second Plank
  • WOD – “Diane” – 21-15-9 reps for time of
    • Deadlift – (225#/155# or no more than 60% of your 1RM)
    • Hand Stand Push Ups (Games Competitors – 45# plates to 1 abmat)
  • Accessory – Collect 90 seconds total in an L-Sit on the Paralettes
  • Stretch
