CrossFit 908 New Fundamentals program starts this Tuesday @ 6:45pm.  Please contact Tim@CrossFit908.com to sign up.  We also have a free introductory class tonight @ 7:30pm.

Nutrition Challengers – Please post your point totals from week 1&2 as well as your total to date.  Two weeks down and some people are starting to notice some changes.  Anyone care to tell us how they feel so far?

Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Back Squat – 5-4-3-2-1 Start @ 80% and make small jumps
  • WOD – Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes complete
    • 10 Box Jumps – (24″/20″)
    • 5 Hand Release Push Ups (Games Competitors 10 HRPU)
  • Accessory – Plank 2 minutes on each side
  • Stretch
