Sunday Update

Weigh ins begin tomorrow, Monday, and will continue through Friday.  Make sure I have your numbers. Go food shopping, print out recipes, and settle in for 6-weeks of good eating and awesome results.  These challenges always prove successful for those who stick with it.  It’s only 42 days!  You can do anything for 6-weeks.  Why not try to change your life?  If you did not receive the Nutrition Challenge Newsletter please email [email protected].
