Wednesday – The CrossFit Open WOD #1 will be the workout of the day for CrossFit 908.  Competitors, please plan to come to the 6pm and 6:45pm classes.  If you cannot make those time slots, please plan on Saturdays @ 11am.

Saturday – Lululemon presents CrossFit meets Yoga event – Held at CrossFit 908 on Saturday, February 25 from 6 – 9PM. We are looking for this to be a big event, so 908ers make sure you show up and represent!  Bring your friends too!  RSVP with your name & others you are bringing to Springfieldave-store@lululemon.com by 02.21.12!

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Front Squat – 5×3 starting @ 80% of 1RM
  • WOD – 5 Rds with 1 min rest
    • 10 pull ups
    • 10 hand stand push ups
  • 3 x 20 GHD Sit Ups
  • Stretch
