Warrior WOD Event – Important Note to Members and Attendees

  • Food – The event is being catered.
  • Alcohol – There will be NO alcohol at the event. For those interested, we will likely go out to a local bar after the event concludes. Please do not bring any alcohol with you.
  • What is the schedule for the event? – First, a group warm up, followed by a CrossFit team workout. Then, a full Yoga class. After that, people are free to hang out and mingle. Plan to show up no later than 5:30pm-6pm. Event officially ends @ 9pm.
