Warrior WOD Event – Important Note to Members and Attendees
- Food – The event is being catered.
- Alcohol – There will be NO alcohol at the event. For those interested, we will likely go out to a local bar after the event concludes. Please do not bring any alcohol with you.
- What is the schedule for the event? – First, a group warm up, followed by a CrossFit team workout. Then, a full Yoga class. After that, people are free to hang out and mingle. Plan to show up no later than 5:30pm-6pm. Event officially ends @ 9pm.

Games competitors: do you plan on doing the first WOD on Thur night or Sat morning? Thur nights are very hard for me to get to, but if the majority are doing the WOD at that time, then I’ll try to make it there.
I plan on hitting it Thursday night.

Is there any way we can open up the Thursday morning 6 am class to an approved CrossFit Open WOD time? I work Thursday until late so, I cant get to the gym. I also take classes all day Saturdays. I just signed up for the Opens and now based on the schedule, I dont think I should have 🙁

Yes, 6am is an acceptable Open WOD time. Pat will be teaching the class. For those looking to compete, be prepared to workout and judge. This may mean that it takes a little longer than a typical class. Thanks!
